 Our Value Proposition

Our customer relationships with world-class companies are the result of a total focus on customer value, which proves time after time the integral part we can play in their product development and manufacturing strategies.  Rayben shares the pressure of our customers to continually improve product development cycles as EMS, OEM and end-customers alike are challenged by greater complexities in planning, sourcing, procurement and inventory management due to frequent design changes, short product life cycles and product demand fluctuations. The pressure on quick-term prototyping and rapid ramp-up of new products being unrelenting, we have no alternative but to operate on a corresponding level of flexibility.

R: Reduce cost
Rayben continuously works collaboratively with customers to identify, prioritize and implement opportunities for cost reduction. Since installing a LEAN and 6-Sigmas program, we proactively propose measures to customers that deliver tangible, bottom line benefits through increased yield rates, customized inventory, rationalized processes.
   

E: Ensure compliance
The shop floor management systems are defect prevention based, customer focused and compliant to international standards. The plant is ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2009, UL certified as well as RoHS compliant.
   
D: Drive innovation
Our commitment to developing and integrating new techniques, materials, processes in product design and manufacturing is a differentiating advantage for Rayben.  We have been engaged in a range of projects in collaboration with our customers to reduce quantities of specific materials or to alter processes with the ultimate goal of reducing costs and improving performance.
