    MHE is the abbreviation of Micro Heat Exchange, which it is Rayben's unique thermal substrate with independent intellectual property rights. The MHE series include MHE®301, MHE®601 and MHE®901. The MHE®301 is a metal substrate with a thermal column designed for high heat thermal requirements. MHE®601 is dedicated to COB. MHE®901 is a composite structure of ceramic or other high thermal conductivity dielectric and FR4, which can be widely applied to power device carrier boards such as LED, MOSFET, IGBT, etc., and effectively solving the heat thermal requirement.

    Yes, we are committed to providing RoHS compliance products.

  • 3. Does Rayben provide ENIPIG process?

    Yes, we have our own certified ENPIG line.

  • 4.Does Rayben provide SMT services?

MHE®301

  • 1. Is MHE®301 belongs to metal substrate?

    MHE®301 is a special metal substrate. Its design concept comes from metal direct conduction. It utilizes the special manufacturing process and technical advantages of PCB to make heat more direct and faster.

  • 2. What is the normal thermal conductivity of MHE®301?

    The normal thermal conductivity of MHE®301 is 400W/m.K and thermal resistance is 0.100~0.638k/w.

  • 3.What’s the typical plating thickness of ENIPIG?

    For ENIPIG: Ni≥3µm, Pd≥0.01µm, Au≥0.025µm;

MHE®601

  • 1. What’s the regular reflectivity of MHE®601?

    According to different material, the reflectivity can up to 95%-98%.

  • 2. How many surface finishes are applied on MHE®601?

    ENIPIG、ENIG.

    3. How does MHE®601 perform in High Temperature and Humidity conditions?

    MHE®601 does not fail after going through 1,000 hours test when temperature is 85℃ and humidity is 85%.

  • 4.Was MHE®601 UL-authorized?

    MHE®601 has already passed UL-authorized. For more details, please refer to Rayben UL list.

MHE® 901

  • 1. What’s the voltage resistance of MHE®901?

    The voltage resistance of MHE®901 can up to 15KVDC/mm.

  • 2. What is the regular peeling strength of MHE®901?

    Rayben can promise that the peeling strength is ≥ 1.05N/mm.

MCPCB

  • 1.What’s the regular thermal conductivity of  MCPCB?

    Depending on the substrate material (copper or aluminum) and additional copper thickness (1Oz, 2Oz & 3Oz), the thermal conductivity ranges from 2.0W/(m.K) to 2.7W/(m.K)

  • 2. Is there a double layer MCPCB?

    To enter different applications, Rayben is also developing a high-performance double-layer single-sided MCPCB that is ideal for high-power PSUs, projectors and other high-power applications.

3D MCPCB

  • 1. What kinds of materials are commonly used in 3D MCPCB?

    To ensure the excellent performance of the 3D MCPCB produced, Rayben uses world-class bendable metal-based.

  • 2. What kinds of copper foils(RA/ED) are more suitable for 3D MCPCB production ?

    Comparing with ED copper foil, RA copper foil has better bending capacity.

  • 3.What is the minimum bending angle for 3D MCPCB?

    RAYBEN is capable of a minimum bending angle of 90°.

  • 4.What is the minimum bending radius for 3D MCPCB?

    The minimum outer bending radius and inner bending radius that can be achieved by Rayben is 1.0mm.

  • 5.What is the breakdown voltage of 3D MCPCB after bending?

    The normal voltage resistance is 2.000VDC.
