——2023 Rayben Management Spring Conference and Team Building Activities held successfully

On March 11th-12th, 2023, Rayben Technology held its 2023 Management Spring Conference and Team Building Activities. Mr. Ben Lam, Chairman, Mr. Larry Zhang, CEO, and the management team of our company gathered together to plan for the future.

At the meeting on March 11th, the management team of our company discussed the company's mid- to long-term development plan in a heated discussion format based on industry changes, customer demand, market prospects, and the company's production status provided by the Marketing Department.

Group 1, led by Vice President of Operations, Sam Zhou, discussed the direction of the company's automation implementation for 2023, supporting the company's business development with the development of capacity and technology optimization.

Group 2, led by Assistant President and HR Manager, Ally Huang, explored feasible solutions for optimizing our company's business processes, risk control, and functional extension through a round-table discussion.

Group 3 discussed "How to develop product development and market development to support the company's sustainable and healthy development?" Vice President of Quality William Chen and the Senior Manager of the Technical Center Ben Gao provided a summary report.

On the morning of March 12th, with the weather on our side, our management team embarked on a hiking team building activity on Dong'ao Island. We arrived at the end of the trail at noon, completing our mountain hiking journey.

The purpose of this conference and team building activity is to further deepen the company's mid-term planning, enhance the cohesion of the management team, strengthen the execution of functional departments, and work together to better promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
